Not every high school student goes to college and not every high school student needs college to find a well-paying satisfying career.
To that end, the Garden Grove Unified School District on Wednesday took the wraps off its latest and 15th “Career Pathway” in an event at Rancho Alamitos High School.
The “Building Bright Futures” presentation showcased the “Skilled Trades Career Pathway” for students interested in pursuing careers in carpentry, plumbing, welding and other skilled trades.
Other career pathways exhibited included automotive technology, culinary arts, medical and hospitality. The Skilled Trades pathway will debut this fall at Rancho.
