Approval of a final tract map for a housing development tops the agenda of Tuesday’s meeting of the Garden Grove City Council.

The council will be asked to accept the map for the construction of a 15-unit multiple family residential unit at 12828 Newhope St., north of Garden Grove Boulevard.

The applicant-developer is Olson-Garden Grove 6, LLC.

Also on the agenda is an amendment to a cooperative agreement with the City of Stanton for the rehabilitation of Fern Street at a cost of $64,000.

The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave.
