A pre-dawn fire struck a mobile home in Garden Grove Friday morning, but all the residents were able to escape safely.
According to the Orange County Fire Authority – which provides fire and paramedic services for Garden Grove – personnel and vehicles were dispatched at 4:22 a.m. to a mobile home park in the 11300 block of Euclid Street (between Katella and Orangewood avenues).
Arriving firefighters saw smoke showing from one home and initiated an attack on the fire.
The blaze was contained to one home and all the residents evacuated the building. Two were evaluated by firefighter paramedics but declined transport to a local hospital.
The Red Cross was called to provide assistance to four people displaced by the fire. The cause is under investigation and assistance was provided by Anaheim Fire and Rescue.
