FIREFIGHTERS battle blaze in Westminster on Saturday night on Tropic Drive (OCFA).

A garage fire in Westminster was stopped from spreading to the rest of the house on Saturday night.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority, which provides fire and paramedic services for Westminster, no injuries were reported and the family’s Husky dog was safely sheltered in the backyard during the incident.

The call came in at 8:25 p.m. regarding a fire in the 9000 block of Tropic Drive, southeast of Magnolia Street and Hazard Avenue, near Westminster Memorial Park.

Four adults and two children were displaced by the blaze. Images of the fire were captured by a Tesla dashcam.
