In the aftermath of an incident in which a group of teen e-bikers attacked a man beachside, the Huntington Beach Police Department on Saturday launched a high-profile enforcement operation.
According to the HBPD, officers focused on “unlawful electric motorcycle and e-bike activity.” The Mounted Enforcement Unit conducted “high-visibility” patrols along beach corridors, boardwalks and other busy recreational areas.
