7-11 robbery suspects are arrested

TWO MEN have been arrested by Garden Grove police in the robbery of a convenience store on Monday.

The two suspects who were being sought in the armed robbery of a convenience store in Garden Grove early Monday morning didn’t stay at large for long. They were arrested that night.

According to Lt. Patrick Gildea of the GGPD, the suspects are:

• Rafael Eloza of Anaheim, and;

• Abel Estrada, 20, of Anaheim.

Two men held up the 7-11 convenience store at Garden Grove Boulevard and Nelson Street before 1 a.m. and were reported escaping in an automobile. GGPD detectives identified the suspects and officers found and stopped their vehicle.

The alleged robbers were arrested and booked into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana for robbery.
