I seek to be your elected representative and water advocate. Our division is a network of neighborhoods where water must be available, safe and affordable for households and businesses. I’ve proven myself to be an experienced official and administrator capable of meeting and advancing those requirements. As a former member of the West Orange County Water Board, I have direct experience with major water lines that cross the cities of Westminster, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach and Seal Beach.

I hold a degree in Government from the University of California. My professional career spans three decades in public administration including 35 years with the County of Orange where I retired as an Administrative Manager. I was previously elected City Clerk for the City of Signal Hill where I managed a municipal records department. Past public service includes being Mayor Pro Tem, Councilman, Sanitary District Chairman, Planning Commissioner, Neighborhood Conservation Commissioner, and Orange County Grand Jury member.

As your representative I will be committed to ensure:

Our underground water supply is safeguarded.

We have reliable water delivery.

Operations are well managed.

Costs are contained through strict fiscal oversight and accountability.
