The count of new coronavirus cases in Orange County spiked again in Wednesday’s report by the county health agency. The latest tally was 628, up from 352 on Tuesday.

Wednesday’s death count was two, compared to zero the previous two days. Hospitalized cases went from 270 to 291 and intensive care cases related to COVID-19 were at 90, compared to 79 on Tuesday.

Here is the list of Orange County cities with the most cases. Deaths are in parentheses.

• Santa Ana: 12,703 (322)
• Anaheim: 11,360 (331)
• Garden Grove: 3,703 (112)
• Fullerton: 3,223 (108)
• Orange: 3128 (72)
• Huntington Beach: 2,913 (86).

Westminster has 1,349 cases and 31 deaths. Stanton has 784 cases and 18 deaths.
