Clues are sought in shooting

A SHOOTING in Anaheim last week is leading police to ask for the public’s help (Shutterstock).

The public’s help is being sought in solving the shooting death of an Anaheim man.

According to the APD, the incident took place last week on Nov. 26 at around 5:33 p.m. in the area of 1200 N. Placentia Ave. Police responding to a report of a shooting found Jonathan Romero, 23, in an alley suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he underwent surgery. He succumbed to his wounds at around 10:30 p.m.

APD detectives are asking anyone with information about the incident to call APD homicide detectives at (714) 321-3669.
