Exposure suspect is arrested

A MAN has been arrested and charged after allegedly entering a woman’s apartment in Huntington Beach and exposing himself (Shutterstock).

A man who allegedly entered a woman’s apartment in Huntington Beach and exposed himself has been arrested and charged.

According to Jennifer Carey, public information officer for the HBPD, the suspect – identified as Angel Palacios, 26 – faces prosecution for felony burglary and indecent exposure (with a prior conviction). Misdemeanor charges of battery and resisting arrest are also pending.

The suspect is accused of entering the apartment near Ellis Avenue and Beach Boulevard through an unlocked door around 5 p.m. on Monday. After the man allegedly exposed himself, the woman victim called police and pointed him out to arriving officers, who chased him down.

He will be arraigned on Dec. 17 at the jail courtroom in Santa Ana.
