After months of controversy, there may be a quiet and “routine” meeting of the Huntington Beach City Council.
Tuesday’s agenda has a long list of seemingly non-controversial items, including:
- a point in time count of homeless people in the city;
- traffic signal modifications at Warner Avenue and Ash Lane: Main Street and Delaware Street.
Up for a second reading and final approval are a series of ordinances relating to residential districts that passed on a 4-3 vote on May 7 with Councilmembers Natalie Moser, Rhonda Bolton and Dan Kalmick opposed.
Tuesday’s meetings will start with a 4 p.m. study session, a 5 p.m. closed session and a 6 p.m. regular open session in the council chambers at 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown Avenue).
