It’s been a while since the Stanton Planning Commission has been convened, but it will be back in business on Wednesday.

Topping the agenda will be a public hearing on a request for a conditional use permit to allow the sale of alcohol with an ABC license along with an instructional tasting license for a proposed market to be located at 12736 Beach Blvd. (north of Stanford Avenue).

An instructional tasting license enables an operator to hold alcohol tasting events for members of the public under specific conditions of state regulations.

Also on the agenda is approval of minutes from the June 27, 2023 meeting of the commission.

The planners will meet at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave.
