Approval of a site plan and tentative tract by the Garden Grove Planning Commission clears the way – probably – for the construction of a 35-unit, three-story condominium complex on Buaro Street.
On Thursday, the commission – with three members absent – vote 4-0 in favor of the project to be constructed on a 1.4-acre lot at 12701 Buaro St., between Lampson Avenue and Harbor Boulevard.
Unless someone appeals the decision of the panel to the city council the project can proceed.
