What’s new and popular in the retail business?

What’s “jumping” – literally – is “activity entertainment” such as an indoor trampoline park proposed for a location in Huntington Beach.

The Huntington Beach Zoning Administrator will on Wednesday consider at a public hearing a request for a conditional use permit to establish such a commercial recreation and entertainment use at 11082 Beach Blvd (at Atlanta Avenue).

Under the proposal, the “park” will include ancillary sales, service and consumption of beer and wine within the existing 29,105 square foot vacant building.

The hearing will take place at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown Ave.)
