PUBLIC ART and the proposed budget will be on the agenda for Monday’s meeting of the Huntington Beach City Council.
After the tempestuous four-plus hour meeting of two weeks ago, the Huntington Beach City Council will likely have a more tranquil evening on Monday.
Without a hot-button issue like illegal immigration on the agenda, the council will consider items such as:
- the 2018-19 proposed budget
- final adoption of new water rates
- a request by Councilwoman Lyn Semeta to create a comprehensive public art program.
The council will be meeting in study session at 4:30 p.m., followed by the regular session at 6 p.m. The panel meets in its chambers at 2000 Main St. (at Yorktown).
