THE TWO SUSPECTS arrested by Garden Grove police for homicide (GGPD).

Two suspects were arrested on Tuesday in connection with the murder of a 67-year-old Garden Grove man on Sept. 21.

According to Sgt. Nick Jensen of the GGPD, arrested in the death of Mario Barrios were Rodolfo Ramirez, 37, of Garden Grove and Gustavo Covarrubias, 51, of Santa Ana.

Barrios was fatally shot in the 12600 block of Westminster Ave.

Police solicited the public’s help in helping to locate suspects. On Tuesday at about 6 p.m., officers detained and arrested two suspects and booked them into Orange County Jail in Santa Ana.
