Police are seeking a juvenile wanted in the stabbing of another person Friday afternoon in Garden Grove. According to Sgt. John Reynolds of the Garden Grove Police Department, the incident took place around 12:19 p.m. in the 13100 block of Casa Linda Lane.
Arriving officers saw two males standing together on the sidewalk. One of them was later determined to be the victim. He left quickly and ran westbound on Central Avenue, where he was later found with a knife wound to the torso.
Paramedics from the Garden Grove Fire Department administered first aid, and he was taken to an area hospital in stable condition. A suspect has been taken into custody, but as he is a juvenile, his identity is not being revealed. The investigation is continuing and there are no outstanding suspects “at this time,” according to police.
